Callaway Fusion Wide Sole Irons
Fusion Technology is Callaway Golf's superior weight-shifting science
that uses multiple materials in clubhead construction to move mass where
it does the most good. In Fusion Irons, it combines three distinct
materials to create the game's most advanced technology and performance.
Lightweight Titanium Face: The lightweight titanium face is 35 percent
lighter than a comparable steel face, allowing more mass to be moved to
the club perimeter for forgiveness and increased effective hitting area.
TPU Sensert: The TPU Sensert is an exclusive, chemically engineered
material that reduces vibration at impact and produces a crisp,
responsive sound and unmatched feel.
Unique Head Shape: Provides a clean, refined look and unprecedented
performance, with the playability and confidence at address once
reserved for oversized irons.
Wide Sole Design
The wide sole design instills confidence and helps each iron in the set
glide smoothly and easily through the turf to reduce clubhead digging on
missed shots.
Three distinct materials are brought together to create the Fusion Wide
Sole Irons:
A dense alloy, Tunite, is fused into the sole, optimally placing the CG
low in the clubhead to help get the ball in the air quickly and easily.
Lightweight 6-4 titanium is used to form the body.
A special vibration-dampening TPU SenSert insert is used in the back
cavity, resulting in exceptional feel on every shot. |
